MIDDLE Office Services Single Member SA was founded on January 17, 2022 with the aim to
provide specialized support services for the management of wholesale loans and credits.
AFTER many years of experience in the financial field, where I dealt with the entire range of
banking operations and gained considerable expertise in the management of Bond Loans, and
driven by the general outsourcing trend (both abroad and recently in our country), I felt that it
was time for me to take a step towards my vision, my dream. A vision that was born almost ten
years ago: to build an organization which will offer the best loan management services to its
clients (Banks and Servicers).
MOS in the short period of its operation and I personally as Founder and Sole Shareholder, have
been fortunate and honored to be trusted by important clients in the financial sector (doV, NBG,
OPTIMA, PANCRETA BANK, EUROBANK), by either entering into long-term contracts or by
undertaking specific projects.
The COMPANY, with its client at the center, offers services precisely based on the business
requirements of each client, aiming always for the highest possible quality and fast service.
The IMPORTANCE of quality assurance is also evident from the fact that we have already
received ISO 9001 certification for loan and credit management and by the end of the first
quarter of 2024 we will be also accredited with ISO 27001
AT THE SAME TIME, MOS has developed the MOS SYSTEM, a proprietary loan and
collateral management system, which can respond to any business need of our clients and which
we are constantly developing, based on the current conditions and requirements. It is a
particularly user-friendly system, following the 4 eyes principle at every step, like the company
does, it is real time / online and supports two languages (Greek & English). The MOS System
offers the possibility of having only one system for the management of loan relationships, with
the possibility of tailor-made further development and export of any kind of report which might
be required.
From the outset, we have designed our IT architecture and infrastructure based on the latest
security protocols in order to be able to cope with any challenge of natural disaster ensuring its
uninterrupted business continuity.
MOS has recently moved to its fully renovated privately owned offices at 300 El Venizelou
Avenue Kallithea, to accommodate our continuously growing number of employees. The
complete renovation of our offices was done with the utmost respect for both our people’s needs
and our sustainability culture (e.g. heat pumps, ecological paints, activated carbon air purifiers).
OUR PEOPLE are the pillar of our organization. It is worth noticing that the average age of our
people is 40 years and almost all of them are experienced former bank executives, with
significant know-how and expertise. At the same time, our organization invests in young talents
whom through our learning and development processes we are providing them with those tools
which will strengthen the foundation not only for our present, but also for our future.
The Snr Leadership Team of MOS, which consists of the undersigned, our CFO Mr. Antonis
Daskalakis and our COO Ms. Margarita Vourghentis (both highly experienced and recognized C
Level executives) looks into the future with optimism. An optimism which arises from the
confidence we get from all these years of cumulative experience, from our expertise to analyze
the market and global trends and forecast potential challenges, from our ability to understand our
client’s needs but most importantly…we are optimistic because we believe in our people and
when you believe in yourself, the sky can only be the limit!
